We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment using Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and personal checks
(must clear first before shipment). There can be a delay of up to two weeks for personal and business checks to clear the bank. Returned, or "bounced", checks will incur a $25 returned check fee.
We charge Florida customers 6% Sales Tax and 1% handling fee.
Our parent company, Global Stores Direct LLC, charges your credit card as soon as your order is given to one of our shipping distributors. If there are any delays due to backorders
or other circumstances, we will notify you via email giving you the option of waiting for your backordered item, or canceling your order and receiving a full credit back to your card. Orders cancelled before they
are shipped will be issued a full refund.
We only accept credit cards issued by U.S. banks with billing addresses in the U.S. Transactions on FishFinderCity are 100% secure with 128-bit encrypted SSL technology.
FishFinderCity doesn't charge your credit card until after your order is shipped. Orders cancelled before they are shipped will be issued a full refund. Once an item has been shipped, customers are responsible
for shipping charges both ways for all returns. Refusing delivery of the package will result in the total fees, plus return shipping charges, to be charged to the customer's credit card.

Shipping to an address that is different from your Billing address may delay your order until we can verify the
shipping address. We require that the Billing phone number match what is on file with your credit card company. This is for your protection as well as ours.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match what is on file with your credit card company.

We can only ship to physical addresses - no P.O. boxes. We reserve the option to use other shipping companies, including FedEx and DHL. Most items are shipped on the same business
day (Mon-Fri) if the order is received by 3 p.m EST. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. We cannot guarantee that any package will arrive on time, this
is solely in the hands of the carrier (UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc) and can be affected by such things as strikes, natural disasters, weather, and more. If your shipment doesn't arrive when it's supposed to, please understand
that this is out of our control.
If a package is refused or non-deliverable, for any reason, the customer will be charged for the original shipping fee, plus any applicable return shipping fees.
** Hawaii and Alaska orders can ONLY be shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. We ship only within the United States (50 States and D.C.). We do not ship to U.S. Possessions, APOs, FPOs, or
any other Countries.
:: CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS ::
FishFinderCity charges your credit card as soon as your order is given to our shipping distributor. If there are any delays due to backorders or other circumstances, we will notify
you via email giving you the option of waiting for your backordered item, or canceling your order. Orders cancelled before they are shipped will be issued a full refund. However, once an item has been
shipped, customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways for any returns. Cancellations must be made via email to Sales@FishFinderCity.com.
For returned items that were shipped using our FREE SHIPPING special, the normally calculable Shipping and Handling for items of that size and value will also be deducted from any refunds. Acceptable refunds
will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned product at our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY: Most items can be returned for refund or store credit within 30 days of shipment. Special Order items (products shipped directly from the manufacturer)
are not returnable. Refunds will be credited to the originally used credit card, minus shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee, but only if the product is unused, unopened, and in new condition with all original
manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories, manuals, quick reference cards, rebate coupons, unopened software, and warranty cards. In order to receive a refund for your purchase, the
returned merchandise must be in original condition and not installed or used. The plastic sheet covering and protecting the display screen must still be in place. Products that come with bundled
software that has been opened, used, and/or unlocked will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for merchandise that is not in new condition, has been opened or used. If the product is not in resalable
condition, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Opened software is NOT returnable under any circumstances. This includes products that come bundled with software - if the software
has been opened, unlocked or used, the bundle is not returnable. Returns of opened software will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense ($10 return shipping charge). Pre-Programmed
data cards (including marine and land cartography memory cards) are NOT returnable. No plastic bubble-wrapped product will be accepted for return if the manufacturer's packaging has been opened. The manufacturer
of LandAirSea GPS tracking devices only allows 1 day for returns.
Refunds and credits will not be issued until the item is received back at our warehouse and cleared as meeting our requirements. Do NOT ship your package back until you receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization number and the address of our warehouse. Unauthorized shipments without an RMA will be refused and charged $10 for return shipping. Please note that Returns will not be processed
without documentation including a copy of the original receipt with the order number, your address and reason for return - and, the RMA number clearly marked on both the original invoice and the outside of the shipping
box (please don't write on the product box). "Return Merchandise Authorization" numbers expire 10 days after they are issued and will not be re-issued.
* No returns accepted for any reason beyond 30 days after the date ofshipment.
Refund Terms
Product returned in New Condition: Full refund, minus shipping charges and 5% restocking fee. No
restocking fee if exchanged for product of equal or greater value.
Product returned in used condition: Refund, minus shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
Returned product not in resalable condition: No refund, product returned to customer at customer's expense.
Returning Defective product: Exchange for same product; or refund (minus shipping charges and 5% restocking fee).

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Defective products can only be exchanged for the same product, and this exchange is only available within 10 days of shipment. After
10 days, please contact the manufacturer. Defective products are rare and can either be exchanged for the same product or a refund will be issued, minus shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee within 10 days
of shipment. After 10 days, the exchange or repair will have to be done by the manufacturer under their warranty. The customer is responsible for returning the defective item to our warehouse and FishFinderCity
will pay for shipping the replacement item to the customer. Merchandise returned as "defective" will be tested and if found not to be defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
If a product is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, the customer should contact the carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.) to file a claim. FishFinderCity
is not responsible for loss, theft or damages after the package leaves our warehouse, however, we will try to assist you during the claims process. If you wish to return your product, you must
EMAIL US to get proper instructions BEFORE shipping your product back to us. Any items shipped back to us without a prior arrangement will be refused and shipped
back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Returns Instructions:
All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) clearly written on the shipping box. Please email
sales@fishfindercity.com to request an RMA number. Include your name, address, telephone number, Order number, the name of the product you are
returning, and the reason for the return. We will contact you with further instructions, including the address of our warehouse. Once we know the product has been received back at our warehouse, Global
Stores Direct LLC will issue a refund to the original credit card, (minus shipping costs and restocking fee). Do NOT refuse delivery of your order. If you refuse delivery, you will be charged any and
all fees associated with the original shipment, plus any return shipping charges. Other restrictions may apply.
Warranty:
Products requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer. FishFinderCity does not do repairs.
Backorders:
FishFinderCity will usually email you within 4 hours if an item is out of stock and give you the choice of either canceling the order or waiting for the backordered
item. All products sold in our store are brand new, full retail versions and carry a full factory warranty. Unless otherwise indicated, all products sold at GPS-Planet are brand new, retail versions.

Liability:
By purchasing any product or device from Fish Finder City or Global Stores Direct LLC, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, including our Liability clause:
Fish Finder City, Global Stores Direct LLC, its owners, employees and representatives are not responsible for the proper use or installation of any product or device. The customer
assumes all responsibility for the proper use and installation of all products and devices. The customer assumes all liability for any damages to people and physical property in the use and installation of
all products and devices purchased from Fish Finder City and Global Stores Direct LLC. Fish Finder City and Global Stores Direct LLC are not responsible in any form, directly or indirectly, for damages to people
or personal property arising from the purchase of any products or devices from Fish Finder City and Global Stores Direct LLC. The sole responsibility for the proper use and installation of products and devices purchased
from Fish Finder City and Global Stores Direct LLC, rests entirely on the customer who purchases those products or devices. The customer, his survivors, and assigns agree not to hold Fish Finder City or Global Stores
Direct LLC responsible for any damages, and the customer agrees to pay for any and all court costs and legal fees resulting from any litigation or law suits filed against Fish Finder City, Global Stores Direct LLC, its
owners, employees or representatives. If a product or package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment, the customer should contact the carrier (UPS, DHL, etc.)
to file a claim. Fish Finder City is not responsible for loss, theft or damages after the package leaves our warehouse, however, we will try to assist you during the claims
process.
Fish Finder City is not responsible for typographical errors or pricing errors. Prices that are not correct will not be honored and Fish Finder City is under no obligation
to sell any product for an inaccurate price. We may change our prices, policies and terms at any time.
